Once we know where your car is, we work around your schedule. For busy areas like Southside, UAB, or Five Points, we’ll aim for times that ease parking and traffic issues. For suburbs like Trussville, Pelham, or Gardendale, we account for drive time. You’ll get a pickup day and a time window so you know when to expect the tow truck.
3. Prepare keys, title, and clear access to the vehicle
Before pickup, place the keys somewhere accessible and have your Alabama title ready. Make sure the tow truck can reach the vehicle: move other cars, clear the driveway, and note things like low carports or narrow streets in places like Crestwood or Highland Park. If your title is lost or there’s a lien, let us know so we can talk through options.
4. Meet the tow driver or arrange a secure handoff

Tip: In communities around Hoover, Vestavia Hills, or Lakeview with gates, parking passes, or HOA rules, drivers can be delayed or turned away. Share gate codes, building instructions, and any parking rules ahead of time. If a permit is required, arrange temporary access or meet the driver at the gate to guide them in quickly.
Very rural or outlying Birmingham Metro addresses
Tip: If your vehicle sits outside the core Birmingham area — maybe near Moody, Chelsea, McCalla, or beyond — routing a tow truck can take extra time.
